What we keep

When you buy, we keep your name, email address, country, what you bought and your order number, so we can deliver your files, help you if something goes wrong, and send you the occasional reminder or news of a new book. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe.

What we count

To understand which pages help people, we count visits, add-to-cart and purchases. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not store your IP address: a visit is counted with a code that changes every day and cannot identify you.

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there if you come back.

Who else is involved

Stripe and Link (payments, tax and receipts), Cloudflare (hosting and our database) and our email provider (sending your files). Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Write to hello@heartsatrest.com to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days.
