If something is wrong, we put it right
If a file will not open, a download is missing, or you were charged twice or by mistake, write to hello@heartsatrest.com with your order number (HAR-…) within 14 days of buying. We will send a working file or refund you.
Digital products
Our books, cards and audio are delivered the moment you pay. By completing the purchase you ask us to deliver them straight away, and you accept that, once the download is available, the usual 14-day right to cancel no longer applies to that item, except where the file is faulty or not as described.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Stripe, which sells on our behalf through Link. Approved refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
The paperback
The paperback is sold and delivered by Amazon, so returns for it follow Amazon’s policy.
